Ironstone Ventures has been serving the motorcycling community since 1982. The owner/operator, Joe Proia, has been riding since 1967. I have ridden throughout most of the US, Europe,South Africa, and New Zealand by motorcycle. This year we have added scooters to our fleet of training bikes to meet the increasing popularity of scooters. Withthe help of Providence Motorsports, we have seen an increase of registrations for those considering or have bought scooters as a mode of transportation. The curriculum we use is the same MSF Basic Rider course used for motorcycle training, which meets state (RI and MA) requirements for licensing. We can offer our scooters to use for training, but, if you have already purchased a scooter,we encourage you to bring your own.
